In November, 2019 I was among those very lucky Hungarians who had the possibility to participate on the ‘Reframe my attitude’ Erasmus+ project organized by Associazione Vagamondo. This training has taught me a lot about myself, my behaviour, limiting beliefs and it shaped my reality in many ways.
Soon after returning home, I took part in a project where I facilitated some projects about DISC personality assessment, personal esteem and conflict management. The target groups were high school students who participated on a personal development program. They got a deeper understanding about themselves, and now they know more about the roots of their behaviour while interacting with other people. As they are taught mainly by a frontal educational method, the experiential learning and non-formal educational tools that I applied were widely welcomed and proved to be effective. The students were interested in mobility projects and further possibilities, so we could talk about all of the opportunities they have within Europe.
I am grateful for the openness of the participants and I hope they continue creating their own successes every single day.
